Call Center Representative

Salary Range:$12/hour
Employment Type:Seasonal - Full Time

The Guest Services, Call Center Representative works for resolving the matters of customers and their aim is to project the Circuit of the Americas image through telephone interaction. They interact with customers to deliver information in answer to general inquiries, orders, and customer concerns and complaints. They handle customer complaints and offer suitable proper solutions by different trouble shooting techniques. The Call Center Representative is a non-exempt position that reports to the Director of Guest Services.


Essential Functions:

  • Maintain regular, consistent, and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance
  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • Handles inbound and outbound calls from the internal and external customers perfectly to resolve the issues and the matter
  • Handles incoming requests from external customers by email or fax and provide them information on complaints regarding specific products or services
  • Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel
  • Scan, fax, photocopy materials
  • Anticipate, prepare, and distribute mail and packages appropriately
  • Manage and maintain tidiness in the reception area
  • Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Monitors visitor access and issues passes as required
  • Assists with Guest Services orientations and trainings
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
  • Assists with special projects as needed



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented with stellar proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office with web-based resources and internet research a plus
  • Confidence when working with both internal and external contacts
  • Polished and articulate with strong interpersonal skills
  • Must possess quality teamwork attitude
  • Must possess great attention to detail

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; some higher education preferred
  • One to three years of similar office work experience
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand/walk for extended lengths of time
  • Ability to handle, feel, or reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision

Work Environment:

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
